With 20+ years of progressive finance and process improvement experience in multiple industries including retail, consumer packaged goods, and financial services, I decided to start Orange Wolf Solutions after seeing a consistent need to improve how finance teams operate. I have seen first-hand the growing needs of internal and external customers paired with a disconnect in the level of growth of support from their finance partners. This asymmetry causes significant strain within teams and between stakeholders. I want to help fix this.
What else? Well, when I’m not building solutions for finance teams I’m spending time with my two amazing kids, supporting my wife as she advances in her career, and training for my next long-distance race.

Led the development of 5-year financial plans including destination economics across TD Bank and Capital One; led continuous refinement and updating translating strategy with executives and management to budget and financial plans with scenarios and management levers.
Developed, owned and managed financial and performance analysis at TD Bank, ING Direct, and Capital One. Planned, directed and managed regular and ad hoc reporting within the financial analysis functions for multiple finance and business management groups. Led communications for multiple quarter-end investor calls for senior executive leadership at TD Bank and Capital One leading to clear messaging delivered externally.

Program and Change Management | Business Case Development | Project Finances
Led and implemented 3-year roll-out of TD Bank’s Enterprise-wide program to record value driven through use of data and analytics. Implemented stakeholder strategies to identify the impacts of change on each segment and worked with said stakeholders to manage the impacts of the roll-out. Managed target setting and cascading for all the Bank’s segments. Consistently achieved targets through the program for all segments.
Led development of multiple business cases at TD Bank including a case to build the mobile mortgage specialist and broker teams resulting in doubling of mobile volumes and tripling of broker volumes.
Successfully managed +$200 Million of project-related spend across 60 Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to improve TD Bank’s mortgage operations leading to improved customer and employee experiences.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Development | Controls | Reporting System Implementation
Developed and aligned with key stakeholders on leading and lagging KPIs across TD Bank, ING Direct, and Capital One to ensure strategic goals were turned into actionable tasks ultimately leading to financial and brand success.
Developed procedures, policies, and work-flows to control the usage of financial resources at TD Bank and Capital One leading to consistent achievement of cost targets.
Led development of the internal reporting system to track value generated through use of data and analytics across TD Bank. Ensured the system was able to instantly update with new data leading to real-time performance tracking against segment targets.
Large Six Sigma Projects | Process Improvement
Led two-year long six sigma project to improve the midterm attrition of mortgages at TD Bank leading to higher retained balances of +$350 Million and increased net margin.
Led multiple LEAN projects at TD Bank, ING Direct, and Capital One to save over 20,000 full-time hours hours through elimination of waste and introduction of automation.
